• Block viewings for all vacant properties are strictly by prior confirmed appointment and will be at specific times. Our auction team have tight schedules, so potential buyers arriving late at confirmed appointments will have limited viewing time. Delays put whole schedules out for the rest of the day, thereby creating difficulties for subsequent appointments. please be aware there may be additional COVID19 safety requirements.

• A confirmed booking is required for each viewing and we do not guarantee to attend block viewings where appointments have not been confirmed by prospective buyers.
