Melfyn N Williams is the co-founder and a director of Williams & Goodwin The Property People Limited. Melfyn is passionate about the estate agency profession. Having started in the industry in 1985 on the Youth Training Scheme he progressed and commenced his own company with business partner Tim Goodwin in 2001. His company has been driven forward through excellent customer service winning 32 major industry awards of recognition for their achievements, but most importantly, Williams and Goodwin have arguably created the most successful estate agency operation in the area.
In 1991 Melfyn was awarded the NAEA John Collins award for Student of the Year and he was elected as the youngest ever UK President Of The National Association of Estate Agents in 2003. Melfyn has also been awarded for his Outstanding Contribution to Estate Agency at the Estate Agents of The Year awards in 2006.
A Chartered Valuation Surveyor, Auctioneer & Estate Agent: Melfyn regularly conducts land & property auctions with our auction division All Wales Auction and supports many local events conducting charity auctions for local events and coaches junior rugby at Llangefni. He is a commentator on property activity with both radio and TV, particularly on Welsh property market. He is also currently the Chairman of the Governing body of The National Federation of Property Professionals in the UK.
